U.S. Seeks More Cooperative Czech, Slovak Role in NATO

Europe and the United States stand together in their calls for Moscow to play a constructive role in taming the ongoing turmoil in eastern Ukraine following the country’s swearing in of its new President Saturday. But when it comes to settling on a longer-term NATO strategy towards Russia, cracks appear.
